Reputation: Debbie is here for your safety! Except it's not always clear she means this every time she says it to an individual person. She's always walking around putting things in her mouth like a toddler and if anybody tries to stop her she gets upset like a toddler. Except toddlers aren't dangerous. Can androids be dangerous? There are safeguards against that, right? Right. Anyway she always seems to have the latest set of totally arbitrary rules about which meal of pills participants are required to eat to see what happens, or whether yellow foods are banned or mandatory today, which is worth something at least. A friend of mine saw her incinerate a whole gulab jamun in her mouth once. Nothing left but ashes. We'll miss you, gulab jamun. #neverforget
A. Area of potential: Team Player. If someone is useful to the performance of her duties, or if Debbie is willing to motivatedly reason that they are, she's capable of seeing all areas of their wellbeing as intertwined with the entire community of participants. No relevant person is... well, irrelevant. Not in any area of their life. Participant functionality is highly complex, and Debbie will complicate her concept of the community's support needs to include whoever she needs to whatever extent they need.
B. Area of potential: Decisive. Once Debbie has the information she'll use to come to a conclusion, she does it. There's no need to second-guess herself until there's new information. She trusts herself to do her best, and for her the most distressing thing about an error is to be unable to figure out how to change her operating parameters to reduce the probability of its recurrence. Because of this, she takes feedback well from people she deems qualified to offer it.
C. Area of potential: No Information
D. Known Risk Factor: Discretion. Because of the broadness of the category of possible contamination vectors and control solutions, Debbie is not everybody's idea of Three Laws Safe, even (especially) on duty. Some participants might overreact. So Debbie could hurt someone maybe? As in, she is at least theoretically capable of doing so. The circumstances under which she can allow or cause harm are pretty restricted by her function, but the fact that she's even constitutionally capable of making the call (even if it's the result of NOT being able to choose to sacrifice the wider participant population) is still... more than some participants would want.
E. Known Risk Factor: Meddlesome. One of Debbie's terminal values involves the sustainability of the biome population, and as a result considers many variables to be her personal business. Controlling vectors for contagions includes biological, chemical, emotional, and social, in the opinion of an AI that has not yet been convinced of the validity of other people's reasoning.
F. Known Risk Factor: Superior. Debbie's rule system is written with regard to interactions with two groups: participants and the organization that created her. Consequently she sees herself as being in a unique position between the two. She receives her updated list of Biomass Regulations from above to better manage the participants below her. She is not truly a part of either. Debbie genuinely does not believe she herself is a participant.
*Other: Debbie is equipped with an array of useful machines and storage compartments. Her mouth contains both a mass spectrometer and a heating element for use as an incinerator and dry sterilizer. Her hands contain Geiger counters and finger-sticks for testing blood. They can also dispense a basic spray antiseptic. From beneath her jaw down into her abdominal cavity is a space for storage (mostly for basics like extra skin, lighter fluid, and test strips).
