Reputation: New to the station, Fig is just getting to wrap his head around the whole "space" concept - this will likely change in the coming weeks tho
A. Area of potential: NUMBERS - Fig's got a head for numbers - honestly, they relax him, you know? They just make sense. Nothing seems to quiet him the way a properly ordered set does, which didn't do him any favors growing up in Echo Park but it was his saving grace when it came time to take over the family business. The gang that saves together stays together, or so he found out.
B. Area of potential: PATIENCE - As long as he's sober, Fig's cool as a cucumber in almost any situation. Honestly, he doesn't like fighting - all that macho posturing bullshit? Exhausting, and he'd rather not have to do it. He does his best to be tolerant, and understanding, and it's really not that hard; growing up with out and proud queer family members means Fig is pretty accepting of any shape of humanity. Even tiny child-style ones.
C. Area of potential: RELIABLE - If Fig says he's gonna do a thing, the thing is gonna get done. Maybe it'll take a while, and maybe it won't be the way you expected, but he'll get it done. It was a hard-earned trait to be sure, but he's proud of his ability to come through for his friends and family, and as he's gotten older he's started to put more and more energy into making sure that stays true.
D. Known Risk Factor: ADDICT - The dude just can't handle his controlled substances. The best he can do is pot, otherwise he will always, always, always over-do it and end up face-down somewhere terrible. At least he knows it - but it wasn't easy to realize, and he's got more than a few skeletons in his closet from that particular journey.
E. Known Risk Factor: INSECURE - Honestly, it's just a symptom of the perfectionism and constant desire for validation that probably indicates some sort of bigger mental illness issue that Fig isn't here for. Either way, he has a really hard time feeling like he's failed anyone - like - catastrophic mental break down kind of hard time. Pair this with a crippling fear of abandonment, and he's got a hard time letting anyone get close for real.
F. Known Risk Factor: FAMILIA - He'll do anything for them. Anything. A-ny-thing. Like - maybe you shouldn't do that, Fig, sort of anything. It's what got him in prison in the first place, and subsequently why he's here, now. This is only made worse by what an outcast he was for most of his adolescence, despite the 180 he's made since then.
